I enjoy listening to buyers and finding them the home they want. I watch them and pick up on clues as they go through homes. In the beginning, buyers may define their preferences as one thing, but after touring with them and listening to their comments, I often can steer them in a direction they may never have thought of. I ask them the same thing I asked myself when I moved to Turtle Creek from Las Colinas: "Where did you live when you were happy with your home and what about that home made you happy?"
Working with sellers, I like finding the unique things about their property, defining what sets it apart from others. I often ask them to tell me why they selected their property, what they like about it, and what they will miss most. Often their answer defines their buyer. This information sets the strategy and tone for their marketing campaing and getting those distinguishing features in front of their potential buyers. I'm constantly finding new ways to market and keep the property fresh and in front of the publc.
